This policy explains how ZuzAI (“ZuzAI”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit zuzai.ai or contact us. Questions about it go to hello@zuzai.ai.
1. What this policy covers
It covers this website and the messages you send us. The ZuzAI platform itself is deployed in each customer’s own environment; personal information processed by the platform is governed by our agreement with that customer, not by this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional) and your message.
- Email: anything you include when you write to hello@zuzai.ai, along with your email address.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: when your browser requests a page, our hosting infrastructure receives your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and limit abuse of the contact form. Application logs are kept for 30 days.
- Usage data: if you agree to analytics cookies, the measurement tools we load through Google Tag Manager record how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, and your device and browser type.
- Cookie consent: your cookie choices, recorded as described under “Cookies”.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health or financial details.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Messages and emails: as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Application logs: 30 days.
- Cookie consent: up to 12 months, after which the banner asks again.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email hello@zuzai.ai; we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and access to the systems that hold your information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
